Course Overview

This A2 Fast-Track Intensive course is designed for students who already have basic German knowledge (A1 level) and want to expand their skills quickly. You will learn to handle everyday situations, talk about your background, and communicate more confidently in routine conversations.

The course focuses on practical language use with a strong emphasis on speaking. As with all our intensive programs, we expect students to practice regularly during the week to reinforce what is learned on the weekends.

Important: This is an intensive course. Regular self-study and practice during the week are expected to keep up with the pace.

What You Will Learn

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand the main points of clear standard speech on familiar everyday matters
  • Handle most situations likely to arise while travelling in German-speaking countries
  • Describe experiences, events, dreams, hopes and ambitions in simple terms
  • Give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans
  • Understand the main points of short newspaper articles and simple personal letters
  • Write simple connected texts on topics which are familiar or of personal interest
