These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between German Study Path Academy and you for all online German language courses and services on germanstudypath.com.
The contract is conclude upon payment and our confirmation email.
Access to the course is granted after payment for the agreed period.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right expires if the course has started and you have agreed to immediate service provision.
Refunds are only possible within the 14-day withdrawal period or as stated on the product page.
All course materials are protect by copyright and for personal use only.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not responsible for your learning success.
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Greven, Germany (as far as legally permitted).
